NSW Home Warranty Insurance Fund announces new Inspection Report RequirementsOctober 2011, Sweeping changes to the Owner Builders Inspection Reports.
Owner Builders don’t be caught short, and don’t pay for a Defects Report that fails to meet Home Warranty Insurance requirements.

Inspectors listed in this site are independent businesses and not engaged by nor representatives of Australian Owner Builders Insurance Services. Australian Owner Builders Insurance Services does not get involved in the contractual agreements made between you (the Owner Builder) and the Inspector or Consultant. It is your (Owner Builder) responsibility to check the credentials including but not limited to experience, qualifications and professional indemnity insurance status prior to engaging them.
